We are happy to ship products, not only within the United States, but worldwide.

All purchases will be shipped in a timely manner, as soon as payment is received and verified/collected. Careful attention is paid to the packaging of fragile items. However, we cannot guarantee safe arrival of items sent through 3rd party delivery services.

All credit and personal information is gathered for internal use only. All credit card information and billing addresses are gathered solely for purposes of collecting funds on purchases actually made by you. Security measures are used to protect the information you have entrusted us with. These measures include, but are not limited to, Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. We gather personal information about you (such as your name, mailing address, email contact information, and phone number), only to provide you with superior customer service.

We publish a newsletter to keep you informed about DeSilva Imports, the world of Folk Art, current promotions and to provide you more in depth information about our artists and their traditions.

Returns & Replacements
We at DeSilva Imports value the trust you have demonstrated by visiting us. We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchases. We guarantee the quality and artistry of all our products, including the natural stones used in our beautiful sterling silver jewelry. As a result, we will accept returns and exchanges of any and all items for 15 days from the date you receive your shipment. Please contact us for instructions on how to return your item(s) within this timeframe, should the need arise, at customerservice@desilvaimports.com.

We will provide you with an internal control number and the address to be used for all returns. Returns made without an internal control number (ICN) will not be accepted. We appreciate your business, and look forward to providing you with an outstanding level of customer service.
